I haven't said anything about it, because of more important things going on in the world, but the OG version of Abra The Last Witch is 2 years old!  Time flies by fast these days.

I still get flashbacks to the game development.  During my senior year of High School, on every Tuesday and Thursday when everyone else went home, I would stay in my Game design classroom spending 2 hours a day working on the game.  At the time, the computer I had at home was garbo, and I had to rely on the school computers to increase my work flow.  I was one of the busiest years of my life.

At the end of the year, the first version of the game was in a playable state, and I demoed it at my schools Digital arts Extravaganza, and it won the Judges choice award, which made all the hard work worth it.  The next week was spent polishing the game to the core, until that Friday, I would release the game to the world.

Things went crazy afterwards.  The Windows version had a missing file that prevented the game from running, causing me to have a meltdown on Twitter, until I fixed it the day after.  The director of the Shantae games became interested in the game, which was the most "Senpai noticed me" moment I had in awhile.  I started college, I started a relationship with my girlfriend, and I made an updated version of the game called Abra The Last Witch: Rebirth that improved the game even more.

The game didn't gain much traction, but I'm very proud and happy with how it turned out, and I think that's what's important.
